Boxing Circuit
Train like a fighter! This circuit will focus of all elements of boxing with bag work, footwork, strength and conditioning exercises. No partners required.
Box to Drop
A high intensity cardio burn with pad & bag work and a heaps of bodyweight exercises.
HIIT Circuit
A combination of strength and conditioning exercises aimed at improving overall fitness.
30/30
30 minutes of high intensity boxing followed by 30 minutes of strength and conditioning. This class is a great all-round workout suitable for everyone.
Killer Kettlebells
This class will focus on kettlebell and body weight exercises. Great for strength and conditioning as well as improving kettlebell techniques.
Ladies Only
A great mix of boxing, cardio and strength training for the ladies only.
Super Saturday
This class is mix of all the best bits of the week. There is no better way to start off the weekend, and you can join us for a coffee afterwards!
